• Buying In Advantaged Markets:We negotiate premium deals in markets that provide a built-in advantage to the real estate investor -- either an aggressive growth market where economic indicators show appreciation potential or a stable market with low property prices and high market rents that maximize the potential cash flow margin. This way our clients can keep their money in the most advantaged real estate markets regardless of where they live.

Maverick Investor Group, LLC is a real estate brokerage that works with a select group of real estate investors on an invitation-only basis. We present premium unlisted deals with prices and terms that are not available to the public. Our community of real estate investors is comprised of people at all different experience levels that are committed to supporting each other in building and sharing great wealth.

Maverick Deals are rigorously analyzed, negotiated, structured and designed to accelerate the wealth building velocity of our clients.

Our deals are presented as private buying opportunities whereby everyone can purchase and individually own properties in order to reap the full financial benefits of owning real estate (tax advantages, depreciation, etc). There is never any pooling of money; there are never any securities offered through Maverick; and there is never any money handled by Maverick. All buying opportunities are for deeded freehold real property whereby each buyer contracts directly with the seller and sends money directly to the Title Company. Maverick is "referring" potential buyers only and does not represent the buyers or the sellers in any capacity.
